Welcome to the blog of the Friends of the Neonatal Unit at St George's Hospital, London. We raise funds to purchase vital equipment for the Intensive Care and Special Care Baby Units. We support the care of the smallest patients in St George's, the babies who require medical care due to prematurity, illness, or those requiring surgery.
We're delighted to welcome Sophie Raworth, BBC newsreader and Mum of 3, and Jack McManus, singer-songwriter, as patrons of the charity. It's hugely important for a small charity like ours to have high profile friends so we're really grateful to Sophie and Jack for supporting us in this way.
